Complaint About Turkish Airlines Flight Guidance and Boarding Issue
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mustafa G****, and on January 2, 2024, I attempted to board Turkish Airlines flight TK2238, but the experience left me deeply disappointed.
I followed the guidance provided by the customer representative, but this guidance resulted in my inability to board the plane. I believe this was done intentionally, and I want to express my grievance regarding this matter.
I think the information given during the guidance was misleading and incomplete. As a result, I missed the flight, and my travel plans were seriously delayed.
I am sharing this complaint so that others do not have to go through this negative experience. I request that necessary measures be taken to resolve the issue and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
I kindly ask for a prompt response regarding this matter and for my grievance to be addressed.
