Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Issues from Gaziantep to Ankara

On January 18, 2024, I booked a flight ticket with Turkish Airlines from Gaziantep to Ankara. The flight was scheduled to depart at 5:45 AM and arrive at 7:00 AM. However, due to an issue with the plane, we were unable to land for hours, first diverting to Istanbul and then finally landing in Ankara at 1:00 PM. This resulted in a total delay of 6 hours.
As a university student with an important exam scheduled, this delay caused significant problems for me. I missed my exam due to the delay and had to wait two weeks for a rescheduled exam. To take the rescheduled exam, I had to take leave from work, which not only caused issues at my workplace but also led to additional financial costs.
