Rude Behavior of Turkish Airlines Personnel and Encouraging Violence
On January 1, 2024, I had a flight from Gaziantep with a connection in Ankara. The flight was delayed by 5 hours. After waiting for 5 hours in Gaziantep, the plane to Ankara arrived. However, I missed the connecting flight. Despite being from Adiyaman, the new ticket I was given was dated January 21, 2024. I incurred additional expenses to return to Adiyaman and then came back to Ankara for my flight on January 21, 2024. My previously paid baggage allowance was forfeited. Additionally, although I purchased my ticket through Gaziantep, I don't understand why the ticket was issued in Ankara. When I tried to use my extra baggage allowance, I was asked to pay an additional fee. When I refused to pay the fee, the baggage personnel rudely threatened to throw my belongings in the trash. This incident occurred in front of many people, and he yelled at me. Turkish Airlines' behavior confirmed that the company is very poor. Shame on them.
