Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellations and Refund Issues

Previously, when Turkish Airlines canceled a flight, they would offer an alternative flight in the PNR. Now, it just shows as a flight cancellation with no offers at all. Turkish Airlines has been causing many similar issues recently.
Passengers are greatly inconvenienced, and I sometimes feel upset when there are no seats left on other flights. Why are they treating customers, who are our lifeline, this way?
Additionally, when there's a system malfunction or any flight cancellation, why are there restrictions placed on us? How can we keep track of which passenger to follow up with?
For example, there's a flight cancellation, and the next day an announcement comes saying you can get a refund or make changes until a certain date. You are the one not operating the flight; what do you mean by forcing us to get a refund by a certain date? How can we or the passenger keep track of this?
Turkish Airlines, please stop.
Please offer unlimited refunds and changes for flight cancellations and provide new flight offers in the PNR to avoid inconveniencing customers. Turkish Airlines, please stop.
