Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Issue
My flight with Turkish Airlines, PNR number rpltuv, scheduled for 02.08.2024, was canceled. My accommodation ends on August 2nd. The earliest return flight they offer is on 04.08.2024. Where am I supposed to stay for this extra day? Why should I pay out of my pocket due to your cancellation issue? There is a Sharm-Cairo-Istanbul flight on August 2nd, but they can't change it. They only offer a change for the Cairo-Istanbul leg. It's like saying to fly from Erzurum to get to Adana from Istanbul. Why don't you cover my transfer from Sharm or visa fees? How can this be? They neither provide accommodation nor facilitate the change. Look at the company we trust, they are causing us inconvenience. This needs to be resolved urgently. I can't stay at the airport, nor can I pay extra money because of you.
There are seats available in business class on the 03.08.2024 flight, but you are not doing that either. Are we the problem here? Am I the one who canceled the flight?
