The Frequent Issue With Turkish Airlines Isparta Flights
Why does Turkish Airlines insist on selling tickets for the Isparta-Istanbul route that they almost always cancel, causing inconvenience to passengers? When my Istanbul-Isparta flight was canceled, the sales representative did not provide information on additional flights or other options (which they said they should have), did not direct me to a flight supervisor, and since there were no seats available on Antalya flights, I requested a refund. Twenty minutes later, they added an additional flight to Antalya, and because I did not purchase a new ticket for ₺2500, they did not cancel the refund and put me on the empty flight. I was also scolded for not finding the responsible personnel! I had to return home in the middle of the night. On the return flight, it was no surprise; since the plane from Istanbul to Isparta could not arrive (this time they canceled it 15 minutes before departure from Istanbul), they also canceled the Isparta-Istanbul flight. Again, there were no seats available to Antalya, and even if there were, are we supposed to constantly go to Antalya Airport? Who will pay for that, the passenger of course! I realized this has become a routine. Almost every flight is canceled. Turkish Airlines is knowingly causing people to lose time and money!
