I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation

On January 9th, my flight to Bukhara with PNR: vjgkic was canceled. I had to fly from Samarkand instead. The cancellation notice for the 15:15 flight was given only at 19:00. My ticket was changed to a Samarkand flight, which was scheduled for 06:00 the next morning. No transportation or accommodation services were provided at Bukhara Airport. They said, 'We don't have such a service.' None of the passenger rights services listed on your website were provided. Now, you are saying that you can't reimburse the expenses without an invoice. There is no mention in your passenger rights notice that an invoice is required. Why don't you include that information, 'In case of cancellation, obtain an invoice'? Turkish Airlines prefers to operate with a typical merchant mentality. This approach of 'profit at any cost' will get you nowhere. Don't mislead people. Be fair.
