When I tried to check-in online for my THY flight booked through Enuygun.com with the PNR code sfqmyl for the August 3, 2023, 09:40 departure from Diyarbakir and 13:10 arrival at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, I found out that my flight was canceled. I immediately contacted customer service and was informed that the flight was indeed canceled. Despite requesting an alternative flight due to my hotel reservation, the only option provided was a flight departing from Gaziantep at 04:25 on August 3, 2023, and arriving at Izmir Airport at 09:10 on the same day, which came with an additional cost of ₺12,000. Even though I expressed that I could not afford this fee, the only other option given was to cancel the flight. The frustrating part is that for the flights I paid ₺11,000 for, they only offered a refund of ₺3,900, which felt like an insult. Due to the canceled flights, I had to travel a day later by my own vehicle, causing further inconvenience. I will pursue all my rights, both financially and morally, and will initiate legal action regarding this matter. Let this be known.
