Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket Purchase and Customer Service Issue

On December 12, 2023, I traveled from Istanbul to Malatya on the 9:10 AM flight with Turkish Airlines (THY). I purchased my ticket through enuygun.com. While buying the ticket, I made a mistake with the gender information. To correct it, I first called THY, and they informed me that the issue needed to be resolved by enuygun.com. I then called the number provided by enuygun.com, 0850 2429042. The relevant agency had my personal information and said they would fix the issue but that I needed to make an additional payment of ₺1400. When I agreed, I was directed to enter my payment details, and ₺1400 was charged to my credit card. However, the issue was not resolved. Later, when I called THY again, they resolved the problem without any charge, but the ₺1400 was not refunded by the agency. When I shared this with THY, I was threatened by the agency with a lawsuit. I feel both financially exploited and threatened. I now believe that THY and their agencies are deliberately mistreating consumers. I see that the company giving out agency licenses is supportive of such behavior. Therefore, I will file a complaint with CIMER against both companies and exercise my legal rights. I wanted to inform you so that you are not similarly mistreated.
The agency I contacted turned out to be a different agency under the name Enuygun, operating as THY's Easy Ticket.
