Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation Issue

However, we could not identify another flight on the same ticket that would be a continuation of your journey. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot positively respond to your request. In cases where there are multiple flights on the same ticket, if you miss a connecting flight due to a disruption in the first flight, we can make free changes to the tickets for that connecting flight. However, if the flights are on two different tickets, we handle the cancellation, refund, and change processes separately for each ticket according to the fare conditions. To avoid experiencing a similar issue in the future, we recommend booking your connecting flights on a single ticket. According to the regulations published by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, airlines do not pay compensation for flight disruptions caused by reasons beyond their control.
