Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Led to Missed Connection

In December, my Ankara-Istanbul flight with Turkish Airlines was canceled, causing me to miss my Istanbul-Warsaw flight, which I had booked separately with another airline. I submitted a feedback request to Turkish Airlines asking for compensation for my loss. Initially, they sent me an email addressed to a different name, stating that my loss would be compensated. Later, they informed me that the email was not intended for me and that they would not compensate my loss, instead offering 5000 miles. The 5000 miles barely cover the ₺1555 I paid for the Ankara-Istanbul flight.
I expected a more substantial offer from a well-established company like Turkish Airlines, even if they couldn't fully compensate my loss.
It was particularly unprofessional that they initially offered 15000 miles, which I accepted, only to retract this offer later. Even if a mistake was made, they could have corrected it with a better mileage offer, but instead, they just sent a plain apology email. Due to the cancellation of my Turkish Airlines flight, I missed my connecting flight to Warsaw and had to purchase a new ticket. This financial loss was entirely due to the airline's issue, not for personal reasons. I urge them to provide more constructive solutions to address my grievance.
