Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Issue
Yesterday, I received a message 3 hours before my flight TK7313 from Hatay to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, stating that the flight was canceled due to force majeure. This area is in crisis, and there was no valid reason for this cancellation. We were all affected. I had to cancel my flight and book a business class ticket from Gaziantep 8-9 hours later. There is no explanation for the cancellation; they just say 'force majeure' without any weather issues. Is it because the plane wasn't full? They need to explain this. I will also file a complaint with CIMER. Although I got my refund, I was still affected. We come here to help in the earthquake zone, yet Turkish Airlines, which claims to be a global brand, fails us. If you carry the Turkish flag, you should act accordingly and not inconvenience people. Making such a decision 2-3 hours before the flight is simply unacceptable. You claim to offer alternative flights, but this is not a solution. I will also write to CIMER. PNR: Urkrlw.
