Turkish Airlines Flight Canceled: Rebooking & Compensation Request
On 10 August, I bought a ticket for Turkish Airlines flight TK0314 from Istanbul to Erbil. Later, I was informed that this flight was canceled due to operational reasons, but the options offered to me afterwards did not meet my needs or the date I had planned at all. After the cancellation, I spoke with Turkish Airlines twice. However, although there was a suitable flight to Erbil on the date I requested, no solution that I would consider reasonable was offered to me. I request, first of all, that I be granted the right to fly to Erbil on my requested date without any additional charge. If this is not possible, I demand that my hotel, transportation and meal expenses incurred due to this cancellation be covered and that appropriate compensation be paid for the grievance I have experienced.
