Turkish Airlines Sold My Ticket to Another Person On TK1528 Flight
On March 24, 2024, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for flight TK1528 and selected my seat number, arriving at the airport as planned. However, upon boarding, I was informed that there was no available seat for me, and I would not be able to join the flight.
This situation seriously inconvenienced me because I had an important business meeting on Monday, and this incident caused disruptions in my work. Additionally, I incurred extra expenses for accommodation and vehicle reservations in Istanbul, on top of the costs for this flight.
I chose Turkish Airlines to contribute to our country's economy and to receive reliable service. However, this experience has deeply saddened me.
Therefore, I request that my grievance be addressed and necessary measures be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again. I also seek compensation for the damages incurred.
I kindly request that my complaint be evaluated with importance.
