Turkish Airlines Didn't Pay the Compensation Caused by Overbooking
Due to overbooking, I was directed to open a feedback because THY ticket sales offices did not have cash to pay the compensation decided for me. The issue was initially opened with TK-9819716 on November 16, 2023. Despite being informed that they would resolve the issue within a maximum of 14 days, when I called customer service several times for updates, they only noted the urgency and hung up. They say the issue is still under review. I don't understand what is being reviewed in such a clear matter! There is no one to address the issue for resolution; we are just waiting. The situation is not fitting for THY in terms of customer satisfaction and problem-solving. With their quality standards, I hope THY resolves the issue and takes necessary actions to eliminate such delays.
