Turkish Airlines Didn't Refund Me the Money Resulting From Overbooking

On 07.08.2023 at 16:20, despite meeting all the requirements and completing my procedures well in advance, I was not allowed to board the THY flight from Istanbul to Antalya due to overbooking. Although there was a 17:30 flight, I had to wait at the airport until the 23:00 flight. They informed me that they would compensate me with 100 € and that I needed to provide an Is Bankasi IBAN for the payment, or I could collect it in cash at Antalya airport. However, when I arrived in Antalya, they said there was no cash available and did not make the payment. I went back a few days later, and again, they said there was no money and sent me back. We have repeatedly created requests through customer service; they promised to respond within 2 days but did not. We created another request, and this time they said they would respond within 7 days, but again, no response. We are still waiting. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I will never choose THY again. Selling the same seat to multiple passengers is unfair.
