Turkish Airlines Didn't Let Me Board Even Though I Had An Excuse For Delay

On April 12 at 22:50, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for ₺6,000 and arrived at the airport an hour before my flight. As a military personnel, my procedures took longer due to weapon delivery, and I tried to process my ticket at the counters. However, the staff said, 'Unfortunately, we can't let you board, you are late,' but I wasn't late. The plane was still there with about 50 minutes until departure, yet they didn't let me board. They canceled my flight without reason. Turkish Airlines didn't let me board even though the plane hadn't departed and used delay as an excuse. When they are late at the destination or departure, we don't charge the company extra fees. I suspect my ticket was sold to someone else. Because of Turkish Airlines, I couldn't join my unit and didn't get my ₺6,000 refunded. Additionally, they offered to put me on standby and fly me at night if a seat was available, but with an extra charge. While I was already distressed, they demanded more money from me. Due to Turkish Airlines, I couldn't reach my duty station and was left in a difficult situation. I felt embarrassed in front of my commanders. I kindly request a refund of my money.
