Turkish Airlines Flight Took Off Early, Missed My Military Ticket – Seeking Refund

On August 20, 2024, I purchased a military ticket from Turkish Airlines (THY), but the flight, scheduled for 20:50, took off early at 20:10. I arrived at the airport an hour before the scheduled time and informed the staff, but they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to purchase a new ticket. Unfortunately, there were no other flights available that day, and I had to deal with the consequences of being marked absent for a day.

After learning that I am entitled to a refund for the ticket, I am requesting THY's assistance in resolving this issue. Please help me recover the cost of the missed flight, as this situation was entirely beyond my control.
