Turkish Airlines Charged Me for Rescheduling, but My Tickets Are Missing
On October 10, 2024, we were scheduled to fly from Istanbul to Amsterdam with Turkish Airlines. On October 9, 2024, I attempted to reschedule our flight to October 12, 2024. Despite being charged €146 as a rescheduling fee for both tickets, the tickets are not showing up in the system.
I’ve submitted a feedback form to Turkish Airlines customer service but have received no response. When I called again, I requested to pay the fare difference and have the previous rescheduling fee refunded. Even though the original cost for two tickets is €355, they are now asking me for an additional €398!
This is unacceptable. I demand a resolution and my tickets to be issued without further delays or unfair charges.
