THY Incorrect and Misleading Information Provided

On July 18, 2024, at 19:45, I purchased an economy package ticket from Istanbul Airport to Kutahya Zafer Airport. I mistakenly bought the ticket for the wrong date and requested to change it to July 19, 2024. The customer service representative informed me that date changes were not possible, but I could either get a refund or keep the ticket open for future use. I opted to keep the ticket open. When I later contacted THY customer service to use the open ticket, the representative I spoke with said that the ticket was not available for use. Despite following the instructions given by the previous representative, I was misled and not properly informed. As a result, I am unable to use my open ticket. The customer service representative acknowledged the incorrect and misleading information and stated that she had no authority to resolve the issue, advising me to provide feedback. I am currently unable to use my open ticket for a future date. I request that my ticket be reactivated due to the incorrect and incomplete information provided, and that my issue be resolved.
