Turkish Airlines Didn't Change My Flight Day
Today, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Izmir to Istanbul for both myself and my cousin. Regrettably, we mistakenly booked our return ticket for the incorrect date.
Despite there being plenty of seats available and the flight still being a week away, Turkish Airlines is refusing to accommodate any changes.
I'm really let down by the customer service provided by Turkish Airlines. They don't seem to be focused on finding solutions and don't show much concern for their customers.
