Turkish Airlines Changed My Ticket Without My Knowledge

I purchased a round-trip ticket (ticket no 2352216228534) from Turkish Airlines for Stuttgart to Ankara. After traveling to Ankara, my return ticket was changed without my knowledge. Since I couldn't get a resolution from customer service and couldn't stay in the hotel any longer, I had to buy a new ticket for the next day to return to Stuttgart. Today marks the 12th day, and my complaint is still under review with no resolution in sight.

The only thing customer service did was to create an urgency record. Moreover, I was informed that I would need to pay an extra 360€ if I wanted to use the changed ticket for another flight. This is truly unbelievable. If I had listened to customer service, I would still be waiting in Ankara. This situation is not befitting of a company like Turkish Airlines. It looks like I'll have to take this to court.
