Turkish Airlines Refused to Change My Return Flight Despite 10 Days Notice
On April 10, 2025, we purchased three flight tickets from Antalya to Istanbul for April 17, 2025, and three return tickets from Istanbul to Antalya for April 20, 2025. Today, on April 10, 2025, we contacted Turkish Airlines customer service to request a change for our return flight to April 21, 2025. However, the response we received was that our ticket package is not eligible for any modifications—not for a refund, not for a change, not even for converting the ticket to an open date. This is completely unreasonable. There are still 10 days left until our return flight, and we are making the request on the same day we purchased the tickets, yet you’re offering no support whatsoever. This makes no sense. We are traveling for business and simply asking to move our return by one day. Despite informing you on the same day and well in advance, your only response is that the package is not eligible. I am urgently requesting your support and a quick resolution.
