Turkish Airlines Customer Service Issue with Ticket Rescheduling
I purchased five business tickets from Turkish Airlines for a trip to Russia. Due to an incident, we had to postpone our travel plans. During a phone call, I discovered that four tickets were rescheduled for May 11, but my ticket was mistakenly rescheduled for April 11. Thankfully, I noticed this mistake at the last minute. I submitted feedback with the reference number 10748319 a week ago. Despite providing my phone number and call details, I have been receiving the response 'your case is under review' for a week. I have to call at least four to five times a day, which prevents me from focusing on my work. I have been inconvenienced due to their staff's mistake, and the issue remains unresolved. Even if the case is resolved positively, they say they may not be able to offer a flight on my desired date. The ticket I purchased was ₺20,000 at the time, but it is now ₺45,000. The ticket prices are increasing daily due to the lack of attention. I have never encountered such indifferent customer service before.
It took a little time, but it was resolved.
