Turkish Airlines Did Not Credit My 29 October 1923 Miles
THY did not credit the 1923 miles I earned because the 29 October campaign did not cover Anadolu Jet. As soon as I saw the advertisement on TV, I bought a ticket to Kayseri on 29 October. The advertisement did not specifically mention Anadolu Jet, or it was written so small that I couldn't see it. I called THY Miles&Smiles customer service twice for the campaign, and they told me to wait and that the miles would be credited to my account within a few days. They were also unaware of the campaign conditions! Later, I provided feedback on the online site. It turns out Anadolu Jet is not covered by THY! Is this possible? I was practically penalized for flying from Sabiha and not from Istanbul Airport to Kayseri! Moreover, if you fly with THY from Istanbul, you get food and beverage service. But if you fly with Anadolu Jet, you are only offered water. I had to buy my last ticket to America from American Airlines because THY was extremely expensive. I expect my 1923 miles to be credited.
