HY App Error, Miles Deducted for Unused Lunch Service

On 06.06.2024, I tried multiple times to use my accumulated miles for a lunch service through the THY app for my Ankara to Istanbul flight (both the evening before and the morning of the flight). However, the app either did not confirm the service or showed an exclamation mark on the flight number, indicating that I did not have the right to this service. I proceeded with my journey without the lunch service. However, 2-3 hours later, I received a message indicating that 3000 miles were deducted from my account for the lunch service. When I called the call center at 16:00 and explained the situation to a representative (Ms. M**), she neither understood nor offered any help. She checked with my flight number and claimed that I had made the purchase, but did not bother to verify whether I faced any issues or used the lunch service at the Ankara airport. I am disappointed that a reputable organization like THY employs such incompetent operators. I demand the return of my 3000 miles. (They only give 3000 miles for a four-flight European journey, yet they can unjustly deduct 3000 miles from my account). I am filing a complaint.
