Turkish Airlines is making every effort to evade paying our compensation for overbooking. Right now in Switzerland, they're being pretty stubborn about giving us a refund. They're saying that the IBAN and name have to match on the same document. I was told to send a screenshot of my online banking, but now they're asking for more documents.
