I Missed My Turkish Airlines Flight Due to Baggage Issue

On January 28, 2024, despite arriving at Istanbul Airport an hour before my TK2244 flight scheduled at 13:20, I faced delays at the security check due to combined domestic and international lines and a halted conveyor belt. There was also a long queue at the baggage drop-off. When it was my turn, I was informed that they could not take my luggage as the baggage drop-off was closed. The flight time had been changed to 13:10 without any notification. With 30 minutes still remaining before departure, I was told to either leave my luggage at the airport or buy a new ticket. Since there was no place to leave my luggage, I missed my flight. I was delayed, my baggage was not accepted, and I was told to buy a new ticket dismissively. I had no choice but to purchase a ticket for the next day. No refund was provided. I am requesting a refund.
