OPPO A6T Overheating and Fast Battery Drain Complaint

On September 12, 2026, I purchased an OPPO A6T phone from the MediaMarkt store at Serdivan AVM in Sakarya. On the very first evening, just a few hours after purchasing the phone, I noticed that the camera quality was extremely poor, with photos appearing blurry and far from satisfactory. In addition, the phone heats up quickly even during short periods of use, and the battery drains very rapidly throughout the day.

I paid $405 in a single payment by debit card. Despite paying such a high price, I was extremely disappointed to experience these basic problems from the very first day. So far, I have not contacted either MediaMarkt or OPPO customer service.

Since these problems have been present from the very first day, I request that the device be evaluated as a defective product and, if possible, that it be returned and my payment refunded. If a refund is not considered possible, I request a replacement with a defect-free device in the same product segment.
