OPPO Phone Shows Ads Inside the Files System App

Whenever I use my OPPO 13F 5G phone and open the Files app, I am confronted with advertisements appearing in the middle of the screen. I find it extremely disrespectful and dismissive toward users for a phone to display advertisements through its own interface, especially in a basic system application such as the Files app.

When I noticed this today, I immediately called OPPO customer service. They told me that advertisements had started appearing and that there was a possibility they might be removed through an update scheduled for December. The fact that they could only offer a “possibility” rather than a definite solution, while essentially forcing this experience on users, made the situation even more frustrating. In my view, if a technology company displays advertisements in its own interface in this way, it completely loses my trust. Even if it were the best technology brand in the world or gave me the device for free, I would not want to use a phone that operates this way.

I request that OPPO immediately stop displaying these forced advertisements, particularly in system applications such as the Files app, and provide users with an ad-free interface.
