Turkish Airlines Delayed My Flight and Provided Lack of Assistance
Turkish Airlines has not provided any assistance regarding my issue.
About a month ago, I was supposed to fly from KAYSERI to ISTANBUL and then from ISTANBUL to BATUMI. However, due to adverse weather conditions, my flight couldn't land in Batumi and instead landed in Artvin. Because we were dropped off in Artvin and couldn't proceed to Batumi that night, my plans and schedule in Batumi were delayed by a day. The next day, I had to purchase another international departure fee stamp to enter Batumi, and due to the significant delay in my plans and business trip, I had to forfeit my return flights from Batumi to Istanbul (approximately ₺7,000) and from Istanbul to Kayseri (approximately ₺2,000). I called to inform you that I would lose my return flights, and you asked me to fill out a feedback form through the app. Despite having filled it out, it's been about 35-40 days, and I haven't received any response. It's very disappointing that such a large company like Turkish Airlines neglects its customers and doesn't respond to feedback. My feedback number is: 9518495.
