Turkish Airlines Didn't Process the Refund for 19 Days
I have been trying to cancel my ticket for the flight from Ercan Airport to Antalya Airport, scheduled for September 27, with PNR and ticket number 2352201915060, since September 22. This ticket was sold with the claim of an uninterrupted refund if canceled 12 hours before the flight. However, the transactions I attempted through the mobile app and website were not completed due to a system error. Despite creating multiple feedback forms, the refund has not been processed, and I received a link to the form I had already filled out as a response. Since September 27, 2023, I have not received any response to the feedback form I created (9482926). When I call Turkish Airlines customer service, they tell me that the feedback form is being processed and that I need to wait. Although it is claimed that a response would be provided within 7 days, it has been 19 days without any response. I request that the transactions be completed, that I be informed about the process, and that I receive the refund I am entitled to. The feedback form numbers are shared below.
