Turkish Airlines Delayed My Flight, And As A Result, I Missed My Connection Flight

We had a flight from Adana to Dubai with a layover in Istanbul. Due to a delay in the Adana-Istanbul flight, we missed our connecting flight to Dubai. However, the THY check-in agent in Adana assured us that the Dubai flight was also delayed and that we would make it. We searched for another flight to Dubai, but the THY staff told us there were no available seats. Despite our insistence, they were adamant that there were no seats. When we checked the website, we saw that there was a flight from Sabiha Gökçen with available seats. The agent reluctantly confirmed this and booked our tickets. After missing the 6 AM flight, we booked the 8:30 PM flight. We requested a transfer to Sabiha Gökçen, but the agent initially said they didn't offer such a service. After insisting, the agent arranged the transfer for us. We paid a significant amount for the THY ticket but ended up flying to Dubai on a delayed Anadolu Jet flight leased from StarLines Airlines.
Upon arriving in Dubai, we found that three of our suitcases were damaged and filed a report. One suitcase had all its wheels broken, making it extremely difficult to transport our exhibition materials to the fair. Upon returning to Turkey, we inquired about the status of our luggage and were told to enter the details into the system. I re-entered the reported incident into the system. THY later emailed me, requesting the receipt for a suitcase purchased three years ago and photos of the suitcases we had to discard in Dubai. However, the Dubai staff had already uploaded all the photos when creating the report. I am still waiting; neither compensation nor replacement for the suitcases has been provided.
