Konami Please I Want To Get Back My Account

Hello Konami Support Team, My eFootball mobile account linked to my Google Play profile has been stolen via a fraudulent phishing website. After I entered my details on that site, an unknown person took over my account, completely changed my in‑game Username and the linked Konami ID, and locked me out of my own profile. On the morning of September 15, 2026, I saw a video on TikTok claiming that eFootball was giving free coins. The video directed me to a website where I could supposedly collect these free coins, and the site said that the coins would arrive in my in‑game inbox after 24 hours. Believing this was legitimate, I followed the instructions and entered my details, and only later realized it was a fraudulent site. After I became confused and suspicious, I immediately changed both my Google account password and my Konami password, but by that time my eFootball account had already been compromised. Before the theft, my main profile details were as follows: my original in‑game Username was “RealRashka12”, my Owner ID began with “yaasm”, and my base team logo was Somalia (scoreboard code SOM). I always played on my OPPO CPH2591 device, and the Google Play registration region for this account was Japan, although I currently live in Kenya. I lost access to the account on September 15, 2026. I have never purchased coins with real money on this account and only used free eFootball Points, with a balance of roughly 9,500 points before the account was stolen. Right before I lost access, I took a screenshot of my exact team, with a collective strength of about 3245 and a squad that included Epic Messi, Ronaldinho and Vieira. I also received multiple verification and password‑reset SMS messages from Konami and Google around the time of the incident, which supports that there was suspicious activity. For security reasons I will not write my Gmail address or password here, but I am ready to verify my identity and ownership of the account through any official method you request. I kindly ask you to check the historical login and account data associated with my OPPO CPH2591 device and the previous account details above, confirm that I am the legitimate owner, unlink the hacker completely from my account, and fully recover and restore my original eFootball account access to my Google Play profile. Thank you for your assistance.
