Last War Game Ignores Reports of Racism and Hate Speech in Chat

For about a month now, I have been seeing blatant insults and racist comments directed at Turkey and Turkish people in the in-game chat of "Last War," a game I play via Google Play. The game is developed by funfly pte. LTD, and their lack of moderation makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable and personally targeted by these messages.

I have reported this issue twice using the in-game support and reporting system. Both times, I only received dismissive, automated responses, and absolutely no concrete action was taken. The players sending these racist and hateful messages are still actively playing, and it is clear that they haven't faced any consequences for their behavior.

I cannot accept this lack of action when it comes to player safety, hate speech, and racism. I am demanding that the accounts of the individuals making these racist and insulting remarks be permanently banned from the game. Furthermore, I expect an effective moderation and penalty system to be put in place immediately to ensure this doesn't happen again.
