Refund My Missing $60 Purchase in Last War: Survival

Last night at 10:51 p.m., I purchased 5,000 bricks in the Last War: Survival game using my bank card, but the items never appeared in my account. The payment was processed through Türkiye İş Bankası for $60 under the transaction description "Last warsurvival Game 0979," and I have the receipt to prove it.

Even though I restarted the game and waited a while after the purchase, the bricks were not added to my account. I reached out through the in-game support and customer service channels to report the issue, but I haven't received any response so far.

My in-game ID is 1241806551001333. Since the transaction details are clearly visible on my payment receipt, I want the 5,000 bricks I paid for to be credited to my account. I am requesting that you either fully deliver the items to my account or refund the $60 I paid.
