Turkish Airlines Declining Service Quality and Unhelpful Customer Representatives
I have been experiencing a declining service quality issue with Turkish Airlines. For the past 3 days, I have been trying to purchase a ticket but keep encountering various errors. Sometimes I get an error stating that I'm not recognized as a teacher, other times it's a payment error, or a website error. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to buy a ticket for 3 days. Furthermore, on November 23, 2023, at 21:12, I called customer service and endured 13 minutes and 44 seconds of rude behavior and incorrect information. They insisted that only teachers (not spouses or children) could benefit from the teacher discount and claimed that they don't have a miles and cash payment system. When I pointed out that their information was incorrect, they stubbornly disagreed. When I asked to be transferred to someone else, they said the next person would say the same thing. I hung up and called again, and the next representative confirmed that my information was correct and that there was a system error. However, I doubt this will be resolved. To sum up, I didn't even mention the first day, but for 3 days, I haven't been able to buy a single ticket. Thank you, Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines.
