Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase Wheel
Two weeks ago, on September 3, 2023, I flew with Turkish Airlines from ESB/Ankara to AYT/Antalya on flight TK7030 at 16:35, with ticket number 2352199513747. I received my suitcase, which I had handed over in perfect condition, with a broken wheel. They told me to get the wheel repaired and that they would cover the cost. How can such nonsense be possible? Why should I deal with this? They made me travel for two weeks with a broken suitcase on a business trip. And then they shamelessly suggested that I get it repaired as if I had broken it. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. They should have replaced the suitcase. I handed it over in good condition, and I had to travel for two weeks with a wheel-less suitcase. I will start with the consumer court and go as far as I can. I will present the damage report I have and show the broken wheel. This is not how things should be handled. Amidst all my work, I have to go to Ulus or find a repair shop. They caused the problem, and I have to provide the solution. If you don't like your job, don't work with people. Three people from the same flight received their suitcases with broken wheels. Shame on you, Turkish Airlines.
Thank you for your interest.
