Turkish Airlines Damaged Luggage Issue

I arrived in Istanbul on 20.08.2023, and the suitcase I bought just one day before my flight had three broken wheels. I know my suitcase wheels are detachable and can be reattached by pressing a button, and they don't come off on their own unless pressed firmly. Seven hours earlier, I had flown from a northern city in Turkmenistan to Ashgabat, and nothing happened to my luggage. During my check-in for the flight from Ashgabat to Istanbul, I wondered if I should remove the wheels and put them in my backpack... But then I thought, no, this is Turkish Airlines, their baggage services must be top-notch and flawless.
At the airport, I went to the Turkish Airlines lost and damaged baggage counter and opened a record with a tracking number. A month and a half later, they asked for a receipt for repairable luggage. Where am I supposed to get that receipt? I bought this suitcase on the morning of August 19th in Turkmenistan. It might be embarrassing to say, but I bought it for a very high price, costing me ₺9,000 when converted from dollars. Instead of resolving my damaged baggage complaint, Turkish Airlines has been making excuses for the past two months. This is the kind of behavior that befits a giant like Turkish Airlines.
