Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage but Didn't Resolve It
Hello, on September 16, 2023, I boarded a THY flight from Istanbul to Mus. My suitcase had some dents and small cracks. I filed a complaint with the lost and found department. They took my number and rudely told me that the file I opened was useless and to use the suitcase as it is. I insisted on filing the complaint, and they told me to take photos and that I would receive an information message. Two hours later, I received a message from a normal personal number saying that the file with the code had been opened. After that, no further information was provided, and I was not contacted. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. We pay for baggage with every flight ticket. I don't know how many of my suitcases have been ruined this way. I want a solution to be found for this issue. Please pay attention to this matter.
