Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage But Didn't Provide Any Solution

I traveled with THY from Istanbul to Erzurum. When I arrived, my suitcase, which I handed over in good condition, had a broken wheel. There were also several dents on it. I suspect they threw the suitcase instead of placing it carefully. These dents were not something that could happen without a significant impact. When I filed a compensation claim, they tried to dismiss it by saying I handed over the suitcase in a damaged condition. However, when I handed it over, there wasn't a single dent, and the wheel was intact. Even if I had broken the wheel, how did the dents appear if the suitcase was handled normally? This company only cares about taking your money and doesn't care about your belongings. Avoid flying with them. If you must, take photos of your luggage when you hand it over. Make sure you have clear evidence, as this company does not stand behind their actions.
