Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Didn't Resolve It
During my flight from Istanbul to Trabzon with THY, I unfortunately received my suitcase damaged at Trabzon airport. Since September 6th, the process has not progressed, and my issue has not been resolved. My original Spicebomb Extreme brand perfume was damaged. The cap was already missing, and despite the scratches and the broken nozzle due to the fall, the staff stated that nothing could be done since it wasn't lost, which is absurd. My perfume alone costs ₺4,000. Later, I realized my cigars were also taken. We were humiliated at the airport; I refused the replacement suitcase they offered because it was made of poor-quality fabric, leaving me with the damaged one.
