Turkish Airlines Customer Relations Management Issue
My connecting flight with THY was canceled due to a delay in the first flight, and I was not informed of this before arriving at the airport via message or email. While checking in my baggage, I was informed at the last minute that it was impossible to catch the second flight. I have been requesting a refund for all my expenses and costs for a month now, but I have not received any response. I call the 444 0849 line every day, practically begging for an answer. Instead of providing a solution, customer representatives have been calling me from the 444 THY line, asking for my phone number under the pretense of helping me privately, and then contacting me late at night from their numbers. The messages include: at 00:50 "Are you asleep?" "Are you available?" "Dear!" "I can't talk comfortably here, I'll call you later. Wait for me" and similar expressions. Imagine, a representative calling from THY's 444 line can be so disrespectful and audacious! What right do they have! They should be offering a solution regarding my feedback! THY's service quality is in a very poor state, and this negligence must end immediately. I am filing a complaint and reporting this to the relevant authorities.
