Turkish Airlines Front Seat Selection Issue for Family with Baby

A month ago, we purchased tickets from Turkish Airlines for the Gaziantep-Istanbul flight on June 11, 2024, at 20:25. Since we have a 5-month-old baby, we wanted to buy front seats (with more legroom) for comfort. We had previously flown the same route and were able to purchase these seats. However, the front seats (row 3) always appeared occupied. We contacted Turkish Airlines and were told that the seats were shown as occupied. Later, we bought tickets for the return flight on July 15, 2024, at 15:20 from Istanbul to Gaziantep. The seats were also shown as occupied for this flight. I checked other future dates and found that front seats were consistently unavailable for purchase. We are buying tickets a month in advance. To purchase front seats, they must be available. We can barely fit in those seats by ourselves, so how can we fit with a small baby in such tight spaces? Customer service is not helpful in this matter. They just say 'the seats appear occupied' and move on. Our flight is tomorrow, and we are deeply concerned about how we will manage. Turkish Airlines is causing inconvenience for families with babies regarding seat selection.
