Turkish Airlines Broke My Baggage and Provided Poor Support

While heading to the plane at Gaziantep Airport, I received a call from the check-in point informing me that my luggage was broken during handling. When I returned to the check-in point, I found my luggage damaged, they stated that this happens frequently and that they couldn't do anything about it. With little time left before my flight, I taped my luggage and proceeded to the plane. I reported the issue on the THY website, but the response was, 'We cannot make a payment because a document was not filled out.' Surely, you have records; check them to see how this luggage got broken. People are in a hurry to catch their flights and shouldn't have to go through tons of bureaucracy to cover up their mistakes. We choose THY to avoid such issues, yet the same problems occur here. Both the unprofessional behavior of the check-in staff and THY's response are unacceptable!
