Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage They didn't Replace
On 27/04/24, during my Marseille-SIRNAK (connecting) flight, I noticed that my suitcase's wheel, part of the zipper stitching, and the zipper security section were damaged when I arrived in Istanbul from Marseille. I immediately went to the Istanbul THY baggage services to file a report. During this process, I was inconvenienced with two children and a broken-wheeled suitcase, and my luggage was not replaced on the spot as it should have been. Later, during online communications, I was asked for the product's invoice. When I informed them that I did not have the invoice, they requested a screenshot of the current online price. When I arrived in Sirnak from Istanbul, the other new wheel was broken, and it was replaced immediately at the baggage services. However, the broken suitcase was borrowed from a friend, and I had to buy a new suitcase for them due to my embarrassment. I absolutely do not accept a repair; I want my suitcase replaced as soon as possible.
