Turkish Airlines Broke My Baggage and Provided Poor Support

While heading to the plane at Gaziantep Airport, I received a call from the check-in point informing me that my luggage ...was broken during handling. When I returned to the check-in point, I found my luggage damaged, they stated that this happens frequently and that they couldn't do anything about it.
