Turkish Airlines Shop&Miles Account Terminated - Missing Miles and Support
My membership with Turkish Airlines’ shop and smiles program has been terminated out of the blue, and I'm not sure why. I've reached out to them multiple times by phone and email in the past two weeks but have yet to receive a response. As such, I have been unable to use my miles or retrieve those I had accumulated up until that point. It's been incredibly frustrating, especially given the fact that I didn't do anything wrong or break any rules. I really need this mistake to be rectified as soon as possible, both so I can get my points back and so I don't experience further frustration with the company. Having my points re-added would make a world of difference, since they are so important to me and help me save money when traveling with Turkish Airlines. So please, if there's anyone who could lend a helping hand in fixing this issue before it gets worse, I would truly appreciate it!
