On August 11th, we had a flight from Kars to Izmir with a layover in Istanbul. The flight was delayed by an hour; the 11:20 AM flight took off at 11:50 AM. Upon arriving at Istanbul Airport, we were rushed onto the Izmir flight within 30 minutes. After arriving at Izmir Airport, we waited for nearly an hour for our baggage. We were then informed that the baggage had been left at Istanbul Airport and would arrive on the 7 PM flight. I reside in Manisa, and we were told that the baggage would be sent to our address via cargo and would arrive by Monday. However, the baggage was delivered on Wednesday at 12:00 PM, and one out of three suitcases was missing. The delivered suitcases were dusty and dirty, with personal care items spilled and damaged inside. I demand that those responsible take the necessary actions. My children and I have been without our clothes for several days, causing us significant inconvenience. I request that my missing baggage be found and delivered as soon as possible. We have been traveling by plane for years and have never encountered such irresponsibility.
