Delay and Luggage Issue with Turkish Airlines Flight
On Monday, September 4th, I purchased a ticket for an Izmir-Kars flight with a layover in Istanbul. I scheduled my work according to the flight times. However, my 8 AM Izmir-Istanbul flight was first delayed to 10:40 AM and then to 11:25 AM. Consequently, I had to reschedule my work and push my ticket one day forward, and I also had to wait for my luggage. I started waiting for my luggage at 10 AM, and it was 12 PM, and it still hadn't arrived. I chose to fly to avoid delays in my work because time is important to me, and I trusted THY. The only thing they told me was that there was nothing they could do except wait. How can I trust you now? The service I received required me to wait, postpone my work, and not be able to leave with my luggage. Thank you very much!
